Our Guarantees

  • Authentic Hand Engraving
    We guarantee that every engraving is hand-carved with precision by our artisan, ensuring originality and personal character in each design.

  • Ethical & Certified Materials
    All diamonds (natural or lab-grown) and metals used are sourced from trusted, certified, and ethical vendors. We only work with industry-respected suppliers to ensure transparency and quality.

  • Pre-Shipment Quality Inspection
    Before we ship, each piece is individually inspected, ensuring that:

    • The stone is securely set

    • The prongs are properly aligned and firm

    • The engraving is crisp, clean, and true to the approved design

    • All metals and stones are verified (including diamond testing)

  • Design Exclusivity
    Your custom design is uniquely yours. We guarantee that we will not reproduce it. If another client requests a similar theme, we will include a distinguishing mark or variation to honor your design’s uniqueness.

  • 1-Year Prong Guarantee
    We warranty your stone setting (prongs) for one year. If a stone becomes loose due to a fault in craftsmanship, we will repair or reset it at no charge (excluding loss or third-party damage).
    Please contact us first before attempting any repair — we’ll advise you on next steps to preserve the integrity of the engraved piece.

  • Engraving & Polishing Advisory
    Our engraving is delicate and handcrafted. We do not recommend taking your Esperer piece to standard jewelers for polishing or resizing. Many are unfamiliar with how to handle hand-engraved jewelry and may unintentionally damage or erase the design.

    If needed, we offer professional polishing and re-engraving services at a modest cost. Within 1 year, if a third-party polisher alters or damages the engraving, we cannot be held responsible, but we will do our best to help restore it where possible.

  • Care & Maintenance Guide
    Upon request or delivery, we can provide tips for properly storing, cleaning, and wearing your piece to keep it in top condition.

  • Manufacturer Defects
    We warranty against manufacturer defects (material flaws, setting failure, etc.) for one year. This does not include normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss.

  • Engraving Refresh (Optional Add-On)
    For pieces that may fade with time (especially with heavy wear), we offer an optional “Engraving Refresh Service” at a discounted rate for returning customers.
