Return & Exchange Policy

At Esperer, we believe that every piece of jewelry should tell a story — yours. That’s why each item we create is made to order, hand-engraved, and uniquely crafted based on your vision. When you purchase from us, you’re not just buying jewelry — you’re commissioning a piece of wearable art.

Before production begins, you will have the opportunity to review and approve your final design. Throughout the crafting process, we may reach out to ensure alignment with your vision. Once the piece is completed, we will provide final photos and confirm shipment details, including tracking.

However, we understand that sometimes unforeseen issues can arise. Please review our return and exchange terms below:

Acceptable Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery only if the item meets any of the following conditions:

• The piece arrives damaged or broken

• Packaging was opened or shows signs of tampering

• The stone is loose, or the prongs are visibly misaligned

• The piece does not match the approved final design
  

Before sending anything back, please contact us first with clear photos and a description of the issue. Once we review your claim, we will guide you through the return process and provide a confirmed return address.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom pieces after production has begun.

• Engraved pieces created to your specifications.

• Items ordered in the wrong size, material, or stone type (e.g., you requested 10K yellow gold but meant 14K white gold).

• Any item that has been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

Resizing & Alterations

If the ring size is incorrect, please contact us — we offer one complimentary resizing, when technically feasible, within 30 days of delivery.

Note: Resizing may not be possible for all styles (especially those with intricate engravings or stones), and we will advise you accordingly.

Changes After Approval

Once you approve your final sketch and deposit is placed, we begin crafting your piece. Changes made after production starts may require additional costs or restarting the project. We will always do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee all changes are possible once materials have been committed.

Natural Variations Disclaimer

All of our pieces are hand-engraved and manually finished, which means slight variations in linework, depth, or finish may naturally occur. These are not flaws but a reflection of true artisanal craftsmanship and make each piece one-of-a-kind.

Return Condition & Packaging

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition

• Packaged in the original Esperer box and materials

• Accompanied by all documentation (e.g., certificate, care card, if provided)

Late Returns

Items returned after the 10-day window without prior approval will not be accepted.
