You can submit your idea through our Submit Your Design page. Describe your vision, upload inspiration or sketches, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
2. Can I provide my own design or inspiration?
Absolutely. You can share a personal design or upload images from the internet that inspire you—we’ll work closely with you to bring your vision to life.
3. What materials do you use?
We primarily work with gold, but silver is available upon request depending on the design.
4. Is there a minimum order amount?
There’s no minimum order amount. We simply require a $200 deposit to begin sourcing materials and preparing your design.
5. How long does it take to complete a custom order?
Most pieces take 2–3 weeks from the initial request to shipping, depending on the complexity of the design.
6. What does the $200 deposit cover?
Your deposit secures materials, reserves a spot in our engraving queue, and begins the design and production process. It will be credited toward your final balance.
7. Can I make changes after submitting my request?
Yes, as long as we haven’t begun engraving. We'll send a preview for your approval before we start. If significant changes are needed after approval, additional charges may apply.
8. Can you engrave on any material?
Yes, we can engrave on a variety of metals including gold and silver. If you're unsure, contact us and we’ll advise based on your needs.
9. Can I choose the language or font for my engraving?
Of course! We support engravings in any language and a wide range of font styles.
10. Are the designs one-of-a-kind?
Each piece is uniquely hand engraved. If a design is ever repeated, we will disclose that upfront—but most pieces are exclusive.
11. Will I see the design before you start engraving?
Yes, we send digital previews or sketches for your final approval before any engraving begins.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Let us know if you need a piece delivered abroad.
13. Can you accommodate tight deadlines or specific dates?
We do our best to prioritize important dates—whether it’s a proposal, anniversary, or special event. Let us know your timeline when submitting your request.
14. Do you use ethically sourced materials?
Yes. We work only with trusted vendors and always strive to use ethically sourced metals and gemstones.
15. Can you engrave jewelry I already own?
We can often engrave existing pieces, but we’ll need to inspect it first to ensure it's safe to work on, especially around stones or delicate settings.
